Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

3 on 3 Madness

Full refund will be provided if team drops from league 2 weeks before start date (2/12). No refund will be provided if team drops after that date.

Academy Games

Full refund will be granted if team drops from tournament 14 days (5/4) before tournament start date (5/18). Half refund will be granted if team drops from tournament 13-7 days (5/5-5/11) before tournament start date (5/18). No refund will be granted if team drops from tournament 6 days (5/12-5/18) or closer to tournament start date.

Camps

Up to 14 days prior to the start of camp: Full refund minus non refundable administrative fee. Less than 14 days prior to the start of camp: If accompanied by a doctor’s note, full refund minus non refundable administrative fee. No refunds will be given after the start of camp.

Clinics

Facility Rental

Single-date reservations cancelled by the renter at least seven (7) days in advance of the event may receive a full refund of the facility rental fee from Porter Basketball Academy. Events cancelled by the renter under seven (7) days advance of the event result in the renter paying half of the facility rental fee.

Fall League

The PBA League

Full refund will be provided if team drops from league 2 weeks before start date (12/22). No refund will be provided if team drops after that date.
